I dont have a problem with nudity, but unfortunately in our society nudity seems to equal sexuality, and some people cant seperate the two.

It's called having morals..... I think it was God who provided us with clothes in the first place, look it up.

In a perfect world it would not matter. However, our world is imperfect. There are a lot of folks who associate nudity with sexuality. There are a lot of folks who prey on the young. And for that reason nudity should not be public.

Prudishness motivates a lot of political positions, and hiding behind kids is a tactic to advance many others. I salute you for not sharing these views, and urge you to visit a Clothing Optional beach this summer.

Well, I think people in Ohio wear clothes because it's too cold to be walking around nekkid most of the year. As a result, being nude has been interpreted as a visual cue that you are either about to bathe or have sex. If you aren't about to do either, there's no point to being nekkid. So we teach children to wear clothes so as not to give bad people bad ideas.

Yes.
Excellent question. If God has a problem with skin or sex why did it design humans this way? This is the one I like to ask. |

OK chick. god did not give us clothes. it wasn't until eve and Adam ate the apple that they noticed they were naked. read the first book Genesis chapters 1-3 again. so we were always naked. i love to be naked at home but i could never show any body parts in public.

LOL, Painted, it was not GOD who provided clothes. Adam and Eve sinned and therefore became aware and ashamed of their nudity so they covered themselves with Fig Leaves. Thats why God asked them why they were covered, learn your bible before you talk about it dear.
Now, the question, some people don't like being faced with nudity because they look at it as something sexual, dirty, etc. Some people generally do not have a problem with it, but there is an age that is and is not appropriate to expose kids to nudity. You do not want to expose them to something like nudity and sex too young, that is most likely the problem. |

I'm female. I do not mind looking at a six pack now and again, but I don't know if I want to know about the family jewels everyday. Nor would I want someone else knowing about my husband's family jewels.
They have nude beaches in France. You can go and look to your hearts content. They also have topless beaches, and if you to California, it's almost like they are topless anyway. With the g-strings the men wear, you don't need imagination, it's blatently obvious they are packing. I don't care if someone else wants to strut their stuff, but leave MY stuff alone. Live and let live. |
